Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of both our clients and studio, I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 12 hours before the appointment may be charged a $30 cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation fee.
Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may require a card on file and/or prepayment for future appointments.
Membership Policy
Memberships are designed to provide discounted services and exclusive benefits for active members.
Memberships automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled.
Membership cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing date.
Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
Unused services do not roll over to future billing cycles unless otherwise stated.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.
If a payment method fails, membership benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
Founding Member Memberships
Founding Memberships are limited to the first 35 members.
Founding Members lock in exclusive pricing for as long as their membership remains active and in good standing.
If a Founding Membership is canceled for any reason, the founding rate is permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
Members who choose to re-enroll at a later date will be subject to the current membership pricing, benefits, and terms in effect at the time of reactivation.
By enrolling in a membership or booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these membership policies.
