By booking an appointment with Mirage Airbrush Tanning & Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies.
Appointments
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure the best experience and allow adequate time for all clients.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled if necessary to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Full service fees may still apply.
Refund Policy
All services, packages, memberships, gift cards, and retail product purchases are non-refundable.
Because results may vary based on individual skin type, preparation, aftercare, lifestyle, and other factors outside of our control, refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with results.
Memberships
Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.
Unused services do not roll over unless otherwise stated in the membership agreement.
Mirage reserves the right to modify membership offerings, pricing, and benefits with notice.
Each membership has a 3 month minimum commitment time.
Packages
Package services are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Package expiration dates, if applicable, are established at the time of purchase.
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy services are intended to support general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, medications, or health concerns prior to treatment.
Protective eyewear must be worn during all red light therapy sessions.
Results Disclaimer
Individual results from spray tanning and red light therapy vary based on factors including skin type, preparation, aftercare, lifestyle, medications, and personal health conditions. No specific results are guaranteed.
Health & Safety
Clients experiencing illness, contagious conditions, open wounds, or any condition that may impact the safety of treatment should notify Mirage prior to their appointment.
Personal Belongings
Mirage Airbrush Tanning is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Right to Refuse Service
Mirage reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, failure to follow studio policies, or any circumstance that may compromise the safety or experience of clients or staff.
Agreement
By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, package, membership, or product, or participating in any service offered by Mirage Airbrush Tanning, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
